Although if you place a bulk order or a large amount of custom made movement trays it could take up to 14 working days to complete your order, especially during busy times your order might take longer but of course we will inform you if it should take longer. If you would like to know the estimated finishing date for a larger order, do not hesitate to contact us before hand.
As soon as we have dispatched your order, please allow up to 14 working days for national deliveries within the UK and up to 25 working days for international deliveries (working days exclude Saturdays and Sundays).
Unfortunately as soon as we pass your order over to the postal service, it does not lie in our hands anymore and we have no influence on how fast your order will arrive.
We offer a number of different postal services national and internationally.
Only if you choose one of our upgraded mail services will you also receive a tracking number . These services are faster and offer you a better service.
We offer different types of postal services from which you can choose in your cart and your postage price will be calculated automatically.
You can update your postage costs any time in your cart as you wish.
Due to Pay Pal official laws if you pay with pay pal, please ensure that your shipping address is also your registered pay pal address, we will only ship to the address registered in the paypal invoice. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct. The buyer will have to pay any additional postage costs if the order is returned to us undelivered.
Postage for all our items is combined automatically in our shopping cart. Should you have purchased both by Ebay and in our webshop be aware that we will not combine the postage and will send the items separately.
If you think that your order might have been lost during transit by the mail service then we must at least ask you to allow up to 14 working days for national deliveries within the UK and up to 25 working days for international deliveries (working days exclude Saturdays and Sundays).
Only after these dates does an order count as “lost” and only then can we claim or search for your lost order. Please do feel free to contact us if you might think there is something wrong with your order and we will always do our best to help you out.
