Returning or cancelling an order if you change your mind
You may return all (not customised) unused items purchased from us within 14 days of the original delivery. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned items or you can choose to get a store credit of this amount added to your account. If the item is returned for any other reason then being wrong or damaged after 14 days you are responsible for the return shipping and 'must' pay the amount. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a tracking number and insured postage! Please contact us before returning any goods through email or contact form on our website.Instructions for returns will be supplied in response to an email.
Returning a damaged item
If it should occur that the item or items are damaged due to the transport on the way to you, we will reserve the right to either send out new items or give a refund. Please contact us within 3 days after receiving your order! We will need to have you send us pictures of the damaged items and packaging via Email so we can claim against the delivery service.
If we decide to ship out new items we will ask you to first return the damaged or wrong items with a tracking number to us. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. After we have received the damaged or wrong items we will send out the replacements as soon as possible.
If we decide to give a refund we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment or you can choose to get a store credit of this amount added to your account. We will ask you to first return the damaged or wrong items with a tracking number to us, we will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. After we have received the damaged or wrong items we will send out the replacements as soon as possible.
Damaged items do not include items that have a few small air bubbles or differences due to being hand made, as this is a natural process of the resin and may always occur!
We offer a bulk discount of 10% for purchases from £60 and above (excluding postage), which will be deducted automatically in the shopping cart
All our items
All our bases are made of white resin, delivered unpainted (NOT painted) without movement trays without flock and without miniatures. In addition to this all movement trays are delivered without bases.
Custom made Items
Any items especially made for an order, such as custom made movement and skirmish trays can not be returned or refunded if the buyer changes his mind, as these were made especially to the buyers preferences and wishes. The only exception is if the items are faulty or incorrect and in that being a result of our error
Confirmation of Orders
After you have placed an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an email confirmation by return, confirming receipt of your order. This email shall contain the details of your order which represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the confirmation email to you.
We will reserve the right to cancel or not proceed with any orders we think might be fraudulent or might be ordered for illegal reproduction purposes. Without further notice.
If you think any items may have been lost during transit we will have to ask you to wait at least 14 working days for national and up to 25 working days for international deliveries (Saturdays and Sundays are not considered as working days) starting from the date we sent the items to you, not the time of purchase! If your items should not arrive after those dates, please contact us so we can process your request as fast as possible or use the form on our website.
We would advise you to take trackable postage, “ONLY” then will you also receive a tracking number. If you need your items delivered faster then with the standard delivery, we would advise you to take insured postage as this is also handled as priority mail and is usual delivered in a shorter time frame.
